1. What credit cards do you take?

We take all major credit and debit cards, you can also make a payment using PayPal. To ensure the security of your details, when making a payment you my only see a PayPal option. This will happen should you be using, for example an internet cafe or another insecure internet connection.

2. Are my Credit Card details secure?

Absolutely. We use PayPal for business to process your payments. They have a strict privacy policy and will only allow you the option to use debit and credit cards if you are using a secure internet connection.

3. Can I cancel my subscription?

We would obviously be sad to lose you from our family of bacon lovers! But yes, if you wish to cancel your subscription just contact us by phone on 0121 553 5718 or email contactus@turnersofbondstreet.co.uk and we will sort this for you.

4. Which courier do you use?

Your bacon will be winging its way to you via Royal Mail First Class Post.

5. What days do you deliver?

So that your bacon is not sitting in a sorting office overnight, we only dispatch Monday- Friday. This means you can receive your delivery Tuesdays – Saturdays.

6. Do I need to be in to receive my bacon?

Not at all. We use First Class Royal Mail Post and the packaging fits through any standard letter box, so it will land on your doormat just like any other piece of post.

7. Can I change my delivery day?

No problem, just drop us an email contactus@turnersofbondstreet.co.uk and we can sort this for you.

8. Can I pause my delivery?

Of course! Whether you are going on holiday or just need to pause without wanting to cancel. Just contact us as either by phone 0121 553 5718 or email contactus@turnersofbondstreet.co.uk and we can update your account.

9. Doesn’t bacon need to be chilled? Surely it can’t be posted?

The whole purpose of curing bacon is to preserve the meat, smoking is another form of preservative. Supermarket bacon requires being kept in the fridge due to additives and added water content.

10. How long can I keep the bacon post-delivery?

If unopened and kept in the fridge once delivered it will last for around 6 weeks.

11. How many slices are there per pack?

On average for a 300g pack you will receive approximately 5 rashers (not slices!!). This is because our cuts are slightly thicker than other suppliers.

12. What if I am not satisfied with what I receive?

We are confident you will always be over the moon with your delivery! but should you be unhappy for any reason just send us an email via contactus@turnersofbondstreet.co.uk outlining the issue and we will refund you in full immediately.

13. What is the difference between your bacon and what I can buy in the supermarket?

Firstly, our bacon is thicker cut. Unlike mass produced bacon, our smoking methods are traditional rather than chemical, then the bacon is cut and packaged by our in-house team.

14. When will I receive my bacon after placing my order?

Order before 1pm Monday-Thursday for your order to be processed and posted that day. All orders made after this time and/or on weekends won’t be processed until the next working day.
